And you do not remember if you received $1400 per person sometime after mid-March?  Have you checked your bank records?   You can also check your account online with the IRS to see what the IRS shows.

Check your bank account statements.

If you don't want to start an IRS account, IRS will mail a transcript to you for no charge.

The simplest solution is to claim the $1,400 on rebate line 30 of your tax return.

That's what everybody else is doing.

If the IRS already sent the money out, they will cancel your rebate to zero, in which case you may get a bill from IRS for amount you owe.
