Please explain what that means.   Start by verifying what product you are using.   Underneath your question it says Online Deluxe (web version)?   Is that correct?

 

What stage are you in with the 2019 return?    Have you already finished preparing a return, and has it been efiled?    If efiled, has it been accepted?

 

Or are you still preparing the return, but TurboTax incorrectly thinks you were finished, and you need to know how to open the return back up to continue working on it?

 

Or are you referring to a PDF or *.tax2019 data file you downloaded for your records?
