I cannot find the document that details how refunds and payments were set up for the Tax year 2020 (though I see it for 2019). Where can I locate this information?

I know that I had the West Virginia payment set to come out of my account but it has not yet been withdrawn.

Yes. Your refund and payment information can be found on your Tax Return Summary.

Sign in to TurboTax.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents and select Show.
Under 2020, select Download/print return (PDF).
Open the PDF of your return. The first page is your Federal return summary.

The auto debit default date for federal and state payment is 4/15/2021. You may check your bank two weeks after that date or call the IRS 1-800-829-1040. To be sure, you may need to leave enough funds to cover the scheduled payments.
