Question

I changed my mind. So i do want to download a pdf of my 2019 tax return?

Can i start at the beginning?

It depends. The downloaded PDF can be retrieved by navigating to the Tax Home in TurboTax Online.

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Your tax returns & documents. Under 2019, find the option to download the PDF of your return.

 

Instead, if you want to import 2019 into your 2020 tax return to continue, you can clear and start over if you have not paid for the program yet.  To do this in TurboTax, follow these steps:

  • Go to the left menu and select Tax Tools.
  • From the drop down menu, select Clear & Start Over.
