I check my tax return status and it says it’s at my bank but when I went up there they said they didn’t have it and to contact the IRS, this is my first time filing by myself and was wonderi

I filed back in January before the virus and my returns say it’s been at my bank since mid February

If your return shows it is at your bank, but it is not in your account. Please follow the instructions here to contact the IRS so they can track your refund.
