I CHECKED THE STATUS OF MY FEDERAL REFUND AND IT SAYS REFUND SENT. BUT ITS NOT IN MY BANK. THEY KEPT MY STATE REFUND FOR

It's entirely possible the state had already requested that the IRS hold your federal refund for child support, but if your status says refund was sent, then the IRS sent you at least a  portion of your refund.  If they had kept all of it, the status would say no refund due.  You didn't say when the status said the refund was sent, but you most likely just haven't waited long enough for it to be in your bank.  Wait a couple more days, then, if nothing appears, call your bank.

If you had fees for TurboTax taken out of your federal refund, then it could take a couple more days for them to send the refund to your bank.
