I checked the where is my refund and says still being processed, it has been more the 21 days

Unfortunately, it can take the IRS longer than the 21 days to send a refund.  If you are waiting for a refund and claimed the earned income tax credit or additional child tax credit, the IRS won't issue those refunds until around Feb. 28 or a few days earlier. The agency explains on its website that by law they can't issue EITC or ACTC refunds before mid-February

I am single, have no credits for kids, and nothing special. I called the IRS but they only have a machine saying the same message I get on the  WIR tool, "Your refund is still processing" A refund date will be given when available. Go to the FAQ for refund times

@adriana-trujillo unfortunately, only the IRS can let you know why it is taking more than 21 days.  Hopefully soon you will get a refund date.

Once your return is being processed by the IRS, TurboTax is out of the processing.  Because of Privacy Laws the IRS cannot share any information with TurboTax.  So any further inquiries should be made with the IRS.  Thank you for using TurboTax.
