Question

I chose the option to get a refund advance and was approved for it when I filed. Now I received a email from the turbo card saying i was not approved. Is there a way I can verify and check that?

If you don't qualify, you'll receive an email confirming you won’t receive a Refund Advance. It will include information about why you were not eligible for a Refund Advance. Your federal refund (minus any other agreed upon fees) will be loaded onto a Turbo Visa Debit Card. Please click here for more information.
