I chose the prepaid card option for my return..card was never received,can I just call greendot and transfer the money to another bank account?

No, you will not be able to transfer to another account, but you can let them send you out a replacement card, and they can cancel old card and the new card will have your refund on it. There contact phone number is: 1(888) 285-4169.
