I claimed a scholarship in last year taxes. do I need to again for this year?

If you received it in 2018 and it was more than your tuition and fees for 2018, then yes you would need to claim it again.

However, if you are asking if you claim the SAME scholarship money a second time, the answer is no.  You would only report income and expenses one time, you do not repeat them.
