You had the chance to enter banking information when you went through the FILE section.   If you did not put in any banking information and went ahead and e-filed, you will get a check mailed to the address on your tax return.

Did you already e-file?  If you did NOT e-file you can go to the FILE section and change how you want to receive your refund.  If you want direct deposit you need the routing number and your own account number.

You cannot  change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.

If you used Online TurboTax last year in the same account, it's also possible direct deposit banking info from last year's 2019 return transferred into your 2020 return, but it should have still allowed you to review and edit it.

If you already filed, check your Form 1040, Lines 35b and d to see if deposit info is on it.  And look at the page called Electronic Filing Instructions that prints with the return, which has info on the method you chose to receive your Federal refund as well as account info if direct deposit was chosen.
