Do you mean for "mail" rather than for "sale"? Did you print and mail your return yourself. TurobTax does not print and mail it for you. You will not be able to track the status of your refund until the IRS begins processing your return. They are currently not processing any mailed returns and haven't been for a while.

Here is where you can track your return once the IRS starts processing it:

See these Q&As for how the IRS works: https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions

It is also likely that the IRS will not schedule a stimulus payment until your tax return has been completely processed. You can track the status using this portal: Get My Payment

If you filed electronically and are due a refund, you should be able to at least check your refund status.

Make sure that you are entering your filing status and the exact amount of your federal refund as shown on Line 21a of Form 1040. If it is not showing, be certain that your return status shows as Accepted when you login to your account at TurboTax.com.

If you aren't able to find the status of your return, reach out to our support team here: Contact TurboTax so that we can be sure that the return has been accepted.

There can be a lag of as many as 6 weeks (or potentially more) before you may be able to check the status of your economic impact payment ("stimulus check") using the IRS tool after your tax return is accepted.
