I did an amendment on Federal tax due to the unemployment credit. It showed $4060 was my return back when I did the State amendment. Now it's saying zero for Federal. Why

When I first logged onto my profile it still had the $4060.00 Federal Refund (Amending 2020) on my profile. I have already amended the State tax and it calculated the Federal refund. I didn't efile it back in April because I was told the refunds would come automatically. However, I still haven't received the $4060.00 Federal tax credit for unemployment and I wanted to go ahead and efile it so I could get it. But now it's saying there is zero refund due at the end of the filing process. I don't understand this at all. We should be getting something back for the tax free unemployment credit. Please advise... Thank you.
