Question

I did file my 2018 taxes with you guys. I spoke with a representative about 43 months ago about my tax refund. Why can’t I see my 2018 docs now?

Do you mean 43 minutes ago--43 months is a long time.

Did you forget how to access your account?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

I meant 3 or 4 months ago. She used a cool tool where I could see her through a life cámara video.
Using the recovery tool I am not able to find any other account. Not sure what’s going on. Any way I can get assistance on this? I need my 2018 tax docs.

    thanks

The only documents you can get to right now would be the forms and schedules needed to file a 2018 return by mail.  The rest of the worksheets, etc. will not be available again until sometime in December when the transition from 2018 to 2019 is complete.  And you should still be able to use the recovery tool to find your online account and 2018 return to print out the Form 1040 and schedules needed for filing.
