I did my tax return in February, it was accepted February 24 2020

I filed in February, though I got a letter in March saying I needed to confirm my identity. I went through the IRS website and confirmed it, but I still have not received my refund in November. I can't get ahold of any IRS representatives so I don't know what actions to take to make my refund go through.

You should then be transferred to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.

If they can't assist you can try the Tax Advocate in your state. most are working remotely and have a backlog.
