I did my taxes & ...dont know what happen to them

Not sure what you mean.   Do you mean you do not know the status of your refund?  Or that you cannot find your tax return in your online account?  

If you do not know the status of your refund:

First make sure the return was accepted

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If the problem is that you forgot how to access your account:

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
