Question

I did my taxes with you guys and submitted them on April 30th, but my stimulus check was deposited into my Ex-husbands account and he's spent it. I can't get thru to IRS

I am so sorry to hear that this happened to you.  Unfortunately, the IRS is still largely closed and we do not yet know when normal operations will resume.  

 

I am not certain how the IRS will address a situation such as yours.

 

The IRS will not process another payment.,  but it is likely you will be able to claim a credit on your 2020 tax return filed in 2021.
