I did not file by direct deposit, was not allowed to, but got stimulus check,andcant file for direct deposit now,why?

Was asked for my return info for 2018,and simply did not remember. That's why I wasn't allowed to ge9t a direct deposit return.

It is not clear what you are trying to do or what problem you are really having.  Best guess--are you trying to e-file a 2019 tax return after already using the non-filer site to get a stimulus check?  If so, you cannot e-file a 2019 return.

Or is your e-file being rejected for incorrect 2018 AGI?  if so then you can get your 2018 AGI from line 7 of your 2018 return or from a transcript of your 2018 return.  If that amount does not let you e-file, you can try using zero.  If zero does not work, then you can print sign and mail your 2019 return.  Even if you mail your tax return, you can receive your refund by a direct deposit.  But processing a mailed return will take longer--so expect a wait.
