I did not get all of my return. I was under the impression that federal and state were getting deposited at the same time. Is this not accurate?

The federal and state tax refunds are totally separate and sent separately.
The Federal and State tax refunds are processed, approved and then sent by the two separate tax authorities, the IRS and your State.
