I did not get my full refund

I filed my taxes February 11th. And I got less than half of what it was supposed to be. I called TurboTax customer service and they gave me numbers to call but no one has been able to help me out. Sometimes the phone line disconnects and I have to start the call process all over. Besides I can never even get passed all the automated services

    The IRS does not notify TT when it adjusts refunds.  However, it might be due to the Stimulus and/or Advanced Child tax Credit.  The IRS will be mailing you a letter in 2-4 weeks.
