Question

I did not receive any type of notification that the IRS had not released any forms. Why am I unable to apply for refund advance.

Could you please clarify what you mean that you were not notified that the IRS had not released any forms? What forms are you referring to?

The TurboTax Refund Advance program ended on February 7, 2020 and is no longer available for this tax filing season. Please see this for more information.
