Part of your refund may have been used (offset) to pay off past-due federal tax, state income tax, child support, or other federal nontax debts.

The IRS also may have changed your refund amount because they made changes to your tax return. You’ll get a notice explaining the changes.

You can also go to Where’s My Refund?, which will explain the reasons for the refund offset when it relates to a change in your tax return.

For additional information about refund offsets, please see Tax Topic 203, Refund Offsets for Unpaid Child Support, Certain Federal and State Debts, and Unemployment Compensation Debts.

I’m missing 309 from mine. I did research and this happened last year to a lot of people and TurboTax knew about it. They need to fix this issue with a quickness!!!
