I did not receive the stimulus for my dependents or my child tax credits

Hi,

I am not sure what to do. I looked at my return and it doesn't say I qualify for child tax credits even though I provide 100 percent of their support. it list a credit for OTHER DEPENDENTS. I know I will have to refile do I amend this return? and when can I amend the return?

No, you do not have to amend your return. If you did not get a stimulus for your dependents and received the Credit for Other Dependents, rather than the Child Tax Credit, then your dependents are most likely over the age 17. Only dependents under the age of 17 qualify for the stimulus payment and the child tax credit.
