Question

I did not work or earn any money for the 2019 year, so how do I need to file my taxes?.. and can I get earned income credits or any credits?

You don't have to file.  You can't get the earned income credit if you have no earned income.  Are you asking because of the stimulus check?

"I did not work or earn any money for the 2019 year,"   People who did not work /earn money do not get earned income credit.   Unless you have some other income like Social Security or investment income, retirement income, rental income, etc. to enter,  you have not mentioned anything you could put on a tax return.
