I didn’t get my full refund

I filed January 13 2022, and everything was accepted , i was suppose to receive my full refund on February 13 2022; i only received a small amount. I have been trying to contact someone for weeks now and have not got a hold of anyone. I would like to know where the rest of money is.

I did not receive the economic impact payment of 1,400 in march 2021. Even if they said i have, i still should've gotten my full refund minus the 1,400 . Which should’ve been the amount of 1,200 for my refund without claiming said impact payment. I would like to have my full refund. considering I’ve only received 732 of said refund. I would like for this to be handled immediately. Thank you.

The third Economic Impact Payment of $1400 per person was sent out in March of 2021. The IRS may be saying you got it and are asking for it again on you return.
