Last year would be a 2018 tax year refund.   Was your 2018 return prepared in Online TurboTax?

 

If so, log into your Online account.  At the Tax Home scroll to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents."

Choose tax year 2018.

What is displayed there?   Does it say the 2018 return was accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on 2019

 

What is the status of the 2019 tax return?  Accepted, Rejected, Printed, Mailed, etc.
