I don't have any W-2. The only taxable income I have is a 1099-r (1602.95 with $240.44 paid in tax) and 1099-int (132.55) totaling less then $2000.00. I do have mortgage interest (5694.81) and medical expenses (4102.45) for 2016 totaling about $9000
You probably don't need to file a return but you may want to. It is likely you would get a refund of the tax withheld on the 1099-R payment.
