If you need to delete home owner's information because you don't own a home, you will need to revisit the Deductions/Credits section of your tax return: Login to your online Turbo Tax account. Click on Federal (black tool bar on the left side of the screen). Click on Deductions/Credits (towards the upper middle of the page).
