This is a user community forum.   We won't know what "this information" refers to since that's too vague.  And this is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info here.

In general, if you are in the same account as last year, the info from your 2019 return should have automatically transferred into your 2020 return (if you are using Online TurboTax for 2020 and also used Online TurboTax for 2019.)   If it didn't, then you may have multiple accounts that we can help you troubleshoot to find the right account with the 2019 return.

See if the 2019 online return is even in that account.   Go to the Tax Home tab in the left menu column.  Then at the Tax Home screen scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents."  Expand that section and choose tax year 2019.   Is there evidence of your 2019 finished return in that account?
