Question

I downloaded and am viewing my IRS account transcript. It says my unemployment tax refund was issued on 6-7-21, but it still hasn't been deposited into my account. ???

All of my stimulus checks were direct deposited on the date issued. Are they mailing these checks for some reason? Or are they being delayed? Or are they being held for deposit by the bank??

Sadly checks in the mail could take 2-3 weeks to show up now a days.

And if it was direct deposited the IRS says to give it a week to show up in the bank ... check with your bank to see if there are any pending deposits. If you used the refund processing service then the refund has to clear 2 banks so you may have a delay that way.
