I e-filed my 2020 return beginning of February it was an amended federal return. Will they use my direct deposit info for EIP payment .

I don't believe anyone has been able to e-file an amended return for 2020 yet; the last I checked TurboTax won't be updated for amended returns till later this month. Nonetheless, the IRS will use the direct deposit or direct debit info on your most recently processed return -- either 2019 or 2020 -- to issue the first batch of third stimulus (EIP3) checks. (Mine hit my bank this evening; others should see it next week. I can't speak right now for those who filed using "bank products" such as paying fees from refund, Turbo Card and/or Refund Advance; those caused problems with the first two checks.)
