I e-filed my return however there was a problem and they sent a refund check instead of deposit. How do I pay back my advance & turbo tax fees?

For the Refund Advance and the TurboTax fees, you would need to look at the agreement you signed with TurboTax. You can also reach out to TurboTax Customer Support and after speaking with them, they should send you an email with the address of where to send the payment to.

Yes i tried that and they gave me a link however its asking for my order number and the one that I have is not working. I do not know what else to do now

Check to make sure you are using the correct order number. If you purchased your product directly from us, you can look up your TurboTax order here or look through your inbox for an email with the subject line Your TurboTax Payment Confirmation (or similar).
