I entered all my mileage but it says I don't get this deduction even though I did last year, What is going on?

All the info is the same as last year except I drove like 300 less miles this year. Even when I put in the same miles form last year it won't give it to me.

If you are self-employed you can use the mileage deduction. However, THE TAX CUTS AND JOBS Act of 2017 made major changes to the tax code. One of the things that was eliminated was reimbursement of job related expenses. This include business mileage.
