I entered in the wrong employer identification number and I need to change it, how do I change it ?

I need to fix each of our EIN's . I mistakenly listed mine as [social security number removed] it should be [social security number removed]. On my wifes I mistakenly  listed her EIN as [social security number removed] instead of [social security number removed]

If you need to change the EIN on your W-2, go here:

1. Select Federal Taxes
2. Select Wages & Income
3. You may need to click on Skip to see all income
4. Scroll down to Wages and Salaries
5. Start or Update
