Question

I entered my last year tax form incorrectly. I entered 1040, should have been 1040-SR, how do I change that

There is no reason to worry about that at all.  The Form 1040 and Form 1040SR are identical except that the 1040SR has bigger print.  The lines are exactly the same, and the calculations are done exactly the same way.  It used the date of birth you entered in My Info.  If you were 65 or older before the tax year ended, it was on a 1040SR.  The IRS does not care which one you used.   You do not need to change anything for that.
