Question

I entered tax info a week ago. I logged out/saved info. I got on today to enter add. info and it's as if I didn't even begin a new tax return, do I need to start over?

First, make sure you are using the same logins' that were used a week ago: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/account-management/help/how-many-turbotax-accounts-do-i-have/00/26133
