You can log back into your account to make changes anytime prior to filing your return. Click Tax Home on the left-hand menu. Click Federal (or State) and you can navigate through the different sections of your return using the top menu links (Personal, Deductions and Credits, etc).If you have already e-filed (or mailed) your return, you will need to wait until your return is either accepted or rejected to make changes.
