Question

I feel scammed! My money should be in the bank right now I've talked to irs specialist and a specialist in the ach department in my bank both say my $ should be there!?!?

You could receive it within 1-5 business days so keep an eye out for it. Most financial institutions take time to receive refunds from the IRS. You can see more information on this topic here: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/refund-timing.   

 

If it has been longer than 5 days, check with your bank, since banks vary in how and when they credit the funds.
