I file for my income tax for the years 2018 and 2019 back in May of this yea and have heard anything bac.

This is a public website.  The software has removed your phone numbers and emails for your protection.

The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2019.  The online editions can only be used to file ONE tax return per account and User ID.  Which return did you file using the online editions, 2018 or 2019?

The 2018 tax return can only be filed using the TurboTax desktop editions for tax year 2018.

To complete and file a 2018 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2018 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

Did you use the Desktop installed program to do 2018 and mail 2018? Did you get a tracking number from the post office when you mailed 2018?   You have to do each year separately.  Online is only for 2019 now.    They stopped opening the mail in March.  Now they are opening them in the order received.   Because of the Covid-19 everything is taking longer this year.   See this IRS page for the latest information

Was your 2019 return Accepted?  Better double check.    You can check your efile status here

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
