I file three tax return from turbo tax, my reported amount were107,758.00, now the irs say there change the mistake to 42,399 that’s just one

What do you mean by "three tax return?"  Do you mean you filed three W-2's?  Did  you put all three on the same Form 1040 like you were supposed to?  Or did you do something else?  Please provide more explanation of what you mean by "tax returns."  In tax preparation language--a tax return is the Form 1040 you file with the IRS to get your refund.

Are the W2s for different years?   You have to file each year separately.
