Question

I filed 2/22 and it's still in pending on TurboTax tax is this normal

Still pending means your e-filed tax return has been sent but hasn't been accepted or rejected yet. It may sit in pending status 24-48 hours before the status changes.  Sometimes state returns stay in Pending for several days or even longer.
