Question

I filed an amended return for 2018 not using turbo tax. Can I begin my 2019 return anyway?

I received k-1 form after I had filed and took it to a professional to file the amended form.

Yes, you can use TurboTax to file your 2019 tax return.

 

Please look through your 2018 forms to find the Carryover Worksheet to make sure that you do not have any loss carry forwards or other information like capital loss carry forwards to include in your 2019 tax return.

 

If you do have carry forward information you will need to add this information into TurboTax.
