I filed for my amendment on 6/17/21 and was accepted but still haven’t received my money from last year

Accepted for processing is just the first step ... processing of the amended returns are taking more than 6 months this year AFTER the original return has been fully processed with includes any automatic IRS corrections being done this year for the unemployment exclusion among other things.
