My return was accepted Feb 19th. I have Tax Topic 152. still processing. I have no idea what is going on. Reps from turbo tax keep replying with the standard response which is obviously not helpful this year. I just wish someone would explain wth is going on. I can NOT the get irs to answer the phone. 😔 Got an email from turbo tax though saying I owe for my services, they won't wait for the irs to send my refund. even though I'm struggling and they have millions. lol, cool turbo tax. this will be MY LAST YEAR WITH YOU.

Hi guys. I’m in the same boat as you guys are. Turbo Tax has definitely disappointed me this year. I’ve prepared my taxes through them for the past 4 years and this will definitely be the last year! All of my friends and family that filed with another company has already received their refunds and here I am still waiting. And to make matters worse TT has no answers as to why their customers taxes are being held up. Just the standard response. I’ve been waiting 9 weeks for my refund! And I know something’s wrong because now the IRS app is stating that my refund has finally been approved and a check will be mailed by April 16th, which is today, but I never asked to have a check mailed....it should’ve been direct deposited! I will not be using their services ever again
