I filed my 2015 taxes late but am owed a refund. I prepared them through turbo tax and mailed them as directed.
Will the refund be processed in the same time frame as of it was for this year or will it be processed differently?
It will likely take 12 - 16 weeks, similar to an amended return, as it is for a prior year.
