I filed my 2019 taxes but havent received my refund will my stimulus go onto the account i used in 2018

No, your refund will go into the bank account that you chose for direct deposit on your 2019 return. As long as your return has been accepted by the IRS, your return has been received. Please view this IRS link and use the Get Your Payment application, available mid-April, to check the status of your stimulus payment.
