Question

I filed my 2020 taxes with a CPA firm last yr but I need to file my 2021 taxes with Turbo tax this yr. How do I do that?

I've used TurboTax in the past but I don't see where I can skip the 2020 taxes and just do my 2021 taxes.

The current online software is only for 2021.  It would be impossible to use it for a 2020 return.   You do not have a 2020 tax file in your account to transfer over to a new 2021 return, so unless the CPA gave you something   (anything on a flash drive, etc.?)  to transfer, you will be starting 2021 from scratch--you will need to enter everything including your personal information.
