The state website probably has been updated to only show 2021 tax refunds.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for state department of revenue contacts - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/help/how-do-i-contact-my-state-department-of-revenue/00/25573

That is incorrect- you can choose 2020  or 2021 and of course i selected 2020-i have checked the state website a few times in 2021 and got the same response.

what responsibility does turbo tax have to correct this?

If your state tax return was Accepted by your state then TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the tax refund.

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

Contact your state department of revenue for the status of the tax refund.
