Question

I filed my Federal Return yesterday and it was accepted. Yay! But, I did not sign my return. Is that ok? Should I have signed it? Thank you.

Do you need to sign your return prior to filing it?

You electronically sign when you e-file. There is nothing more you should need to do.

There is no physical signature on an e-filed return.  You "signed" electronically by entering your AGI.    If you are ever asked someday (by a lender, or example)   for a "signed" copy----use a pen, sign on the line that says "sign here" and keep them happy.
