I have the exact same problem.  But my state is NJ.  When I requested updates by email, I got a warning message saying there is no file/document "uploaded."  Intuit, please confirm users' state tax returns are done and sent for e-filing, and you will provide pdf copies ASAP.  I require copies for other purposes, ASAP.

Your website provides no phone number, no email address, and simply tells viewers to read your FAQs.

Please investigate ASAP.

Depending on the state the forms may not be available for release in order to start and complete the e-filing process. Please see the link below for more information about your specific state status: https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_states_online_individual.html

Hello, this does not answer my question.  I paid for state e-filing.  Once Intuit/TurboTax collected my money, I reasonably assumed TurboTax has e-filed my NJ state return.  NJ state tells me it received nothing yet.

According to the link in your reply, e-filing for some material is "unavailable."  Is this why I am seeing an error/"not uploaded" error message?  If so, then why did Intuit/Turbotax agree to e-file my state return and charge me?  If this is not the reason for the message, then why has Intuit/Turbotax failed to send/e-file my NJ state return?  And why is Intuit/Turbotax keeping my state e-filing charge?  Please do not provide links to FAQs.  Please provide specific responses: What may be very easy for you to answer is sometimes very difficult for users to follow and understand.  And sometimes, sending us links and FAQs does not answer the question. @JakailaLO
